lovely shots, with beautiful light and great detail. The worm makes it even more interesting.

Don't know if Great tits (Parus major) are called chickadees in England, but I thought they where a North American species (like a marsh tit)

That sure looks like a tit.

So a chickadee's a tit?

Yes, like cangopluto said, North American chickadees look pretty much identical to our marsh tits and willow tits (which are hard to tell apart too), whereas this one looks to be a great tit. And to cangopluto: no, we don't call any of them chickadees in the UK.

Let's settle for an outstanding pic. Very nice, wido. :)

HEY, I was about to edit out the typo in the subject line, but suddenly realized it was a pun! I love puns! So it stays and anyone who asks gets told it is intentional. It is first thing in the morning after a rather messy night in terms of sleep, and I get that. What a great start to the day. Have a good one, everyone! LOL.

Thank you all for the comments. It's called a chickadee here in Poland but the proper name is Parus major.

Happy shooting!

Superb !!

So that's one word, now for the rest :-)

Looking at the larger views these two shots are just magic in the behavior department (my favourite department), wonderful details and great colours. A background doesn't get any better than this and sharp shots. impressive to see the caterpillar and bird with how nature works. JUST LOVE IT !!. Wish they were my shots.

All the best.

Danny.

Thank you Danny. I'm getting used to this lens but have very little time to take pictures.

Considering look on the worm's face, I think the photo was posed. :-)

Anyway, it is awesome. Congratulations!

Thank you Danny. I'm getting used to this lens but have very little time to take pictures.

Its a wonderful lens on m4/3, my favourite lens and its used 95% of the time. Sharp and never seen any CA from it. I shoot with the sun at my back most times, so maybe that's why I've never seen CA. Congrats and IMO you have one of the best lenses around ;-)

Danny.
