Hi, my camera appears to be out of focus on the left edge all of a sudden. And with 50-200 in the center, it's looking awfull. Here is the photo I took yesterday with 4/3 9-18. Anyone else had this problem before? Shutter shock 0sec was on, so was IS.

If all your lenses have this problem on the EM-1, but the same lenses are fine on the EM-5, then I think something has gone wrong with the sensor positioning in the EM-1. You could try turning IS off to see if that improves things, which would confirm there is a problem with the IS. But even with IS off, the sensor still has to be positioned correctly with magnetic fields, so the problem might still be there. Another possibility is that the camera's lens mount is no longer parallel to the sensor. In any event, I suspect your camera will need to be repaired.

Thank you Ted on your reply. I thought exact thing about the mount or sensor. You just confirmed it. I tried again few minutes ago, and one photo was fine, other were not.

I guess I have to send it for repairs.

I looked at your photo. I think you focused on the back of the boat? Hard to tell whether the water surface in front is in focus or not.

Anyhow, all the background is out of focus, but this is not the lens to blame?

If you don't have another sample I would say its not the lens ...

I focused on boats front side, and it's looking odd to me that left side is more blurry than the right side. Also, I've done some testing few minutes ago, and appears that when I'm using MF, everything is sharp, middle and edges, but when I do AF, sometimes the edges are more blurry. Maybe I need to use my blower to clean sensor.
