Sorting images into folder by date.

Hi all.

I am looking for a program that will take all my images and sort into folders by date?

I like to use capture one and it doesn't recognise iPhone as a device so won't import my photos.

image capture will recognise the phone but only puts it all in one folder

i have heard hazel can do this. Is this the only option?

I assume you don't wanna use Lr or Photo Mechanic or something like that since you've already got Capture One. Try XnViewMP; it's got an "import and sort..." function that can take images from a folder or volume and put them in folders. And it's free for non-commercial use.

Nice! I hadn't noticed that piece of functionality (although I tend not to 'import' into anything other than Lightroom).
