Just a quick shot in overcast conditions, but the 20mm lens has fantastic sharpness and a great field of view on the SD1M (30mm equivalence on FF). It is big and a little heavy but I can see it will give the SD1M that special 3D quality that I love with it.

Just processed in SPP with the usual mild exposure/Fill light adjustment and zero on the sharpening.

The 50 1.4 A is a killer. Also the 85 1.4 - non-A (I don't know if A is out) is great right down to f1.4 so if you can get a deal on that and can use that focal length I would jump at it.

Looks very good as expected from a full frame Art lens on a crop sensor.
I'm actually not interested in this lens for my SD1, because the 18-35mm A gives me already the same focal lenght with ok quality, but i would like to have it for my Canon full frame camera. Waiting until the price drops a bit.

How accurate is the focus wide open?

Those two shot look very good and very sharp. I guess if I did not have the 18-35 art lens this would be interesting to me. My old 20 mm (non art lens) was good, but no match for the 18-35 mm Art lens. It is retired to the old equipment shelf. Thanks for sharing those ;)
