I landed my first magazine cover image with my D5300. It is totally awesome to see one of my images on the cover of a magazine. Very excited.

Congrats - really nice shot!

Very nice shot! Congrats

...magazine cover image with my D5300...
I'd be proud and excited too for having one of my photos being chosen, but not that it was taken with a D5300. All modern bodies are way more capable than required to produce such an image. It's the lens and photographer that make a difference... Congrats.

Excellent shot. Congratulations!

Congrats!

Now, you should be telling us details about the photo!

I'm sure people would appreciate if you shared how you got it. Lense, filters, time of day, camera settings.. Just a though.

Keep it up!

I did write a short blog post on the story behind the image but I forgot to include the specifics. I can't remember exactly which filter I used. I know it was a variable ND filter. The lens used was a Nikon 18-200 mm.

Here is a link to the story if you would care to read it.

What an awesome shot. I went to their website and downloaded a copy that allows a real close look of your work. Just an awesome shot.
