Tomorrow is the big day. Here something for you to listen this night...

Nothing will happen, imho.

Imagine if they completely ignore the NX product. Not a word, no mention, no announcement of plans or intentions. After all the waiting I could actually see Samsung doing this.

Totally agree Marco. They have major new TV ioT products and are not going to divert people's attention to a camera system that virtually no one knows about.

Me too. Like humans ignoring an ant.

What big day?

There will be an ambiguous sentence about 'imaging' or 'sensor' development, and it will confuse everyone even more.

Or...no sentence at all O:-)

ants? Wether I nor my NX500 ignore ants!

Samsung's news conference is at 2:00 PM Las Vegas time (see here ), but although almost all other participants have pre-announced summaries of what they will talk about (that's summaries, not details), Samsung's summary is TBA. So we're about 23 hrs away from finding out (or not finding out) anything on the NX system.

I could give a sh$t. Now in both the Sony and Samsung camps.

Though your reply does not make sense from the word "now" forward, others who have a vested interest in Samsung NX do.

I don't know, but that portable 2 TB storage device looks pretty nice. Can't wait until I can get one of those for $100 (a few years). Spinning disk drives are on the outbound train.

I bought a 1tb samsung ssd for my new desktop pc few months ago and, wow, it's fast! I love what they are doing in the ssd business. It'd be so cool if they put that tech in a new camera. Like 64gb of "second level" buffer running at 500mb/sec!

the giant leap is so great this time, that Samsung will present the NX 3 :)

Maybe they'll have a conference where they just stand on stage and stare blankly at the audience for an hour. There may or may not be random and sparse interruptions of the silence with oddly-phrased pronouncements that they still employ people and make things.
Their presentation is 45 minutes, not an hour.

In any case, it will most likely be focused on their phone and TV businesses. I think if they had anything to say about cameras they would have said it by now, considering recent events
