What seems to be the going price for a 10D lately? Canoga has them for $1363.94 including shipping........?
 
Just ordered one from Dell for $1275 w/ free shipping (on Wed). Normally always have 10% off I was offered 15% off when I called. Supposed to ship on Monday.

I tried to call Dell to order an EOS-10D and I am still on the phone one and a half hours later! They can not find the product. HELP! Did you go through personal or business? Can you let me know the name phone & extension number of your sales person because these people I have been talking to do not have a clue and have been trying to sell me an Olympus! THANX!
 
Dell could't help me either....didn't know what I was talking about.......

Dell no longer has the 10D, and have deactivated the part/sku number (I assume when they get more cameras in stock, they will re-activate it). FYI, the sku# is A0097950, and is usually seen in the database available to Dell salespeople (though not in the web database that all of us see).

I needed to wait a couple of weeks before buying the 10D and am hoping they get a new shipment in soon. If anyone hears they are back in stock, please post.

--I would stick with Canoga. They are terrific people to deal with and the peace of mind is worth it. Very easy to return and replace if it's defective in any way...and no restocking fees. Good luck...you will love the camera.

Thanks for the advice on Canoga. I got the same confused response, as everyone else, from Dell on Friday. Unfortunately, now Canoga is also on backorder for the 10D body. Oh well, I guess it will give me more time to decide on my first lens.
