Mr. V1 Image - Sunset

Shalom,

The truth is that I am not a fan of sunset photos, it not because I do not like sunsets or sun rises, I simply feel it is hard to convey the full magnitude of the moment. And then its hard to escape the "feeling" of cliché, as so many images of sun rise/set are out there.

Still the first image - with the plane flying toward the sun is nice. The other one… well I think that if cropped so that there will be less sky and more surface, the weight might improve.

I think, my dear, that you are following me ;)

The fact is I learned something from what you said and am going through old threads that got no replies.... hoping more people don't turn out feeling the way you do. Trying to help out in my own humble way I guess :)

I have to disagree. I love the sunset pictures with mostly sky! After all, the colours in the sky are what you want to capture.... Just my opinion though. And I'll be the first to admit I know nothing about photography. I just love the clouds in the pic, I think they're really what make this one different from all the rest.
