I was in vacation with my wife and 2 kids, we were camping at the Mont-Tremblant Park here in the Province of Quebec. We had some great time, we went canoeing on the lake, hit some trail and saw wildlife. On a trail we were lucky to see a Green Frog and a big American Toad. I didn't get a good shot of the frog but the Toad decided to climb the forested hill but didn't go far .... he had to get a rest.

This shot was taken with my 16-85mm handheld, I turned off SR and rested my camera on the ground and fired 3 to 4 frames at a time, even with an ISO 1600 the shutter was very low due to the early morning and dense forest.

Stay tuned, I will post Mushrooms shots, there was a lot of them and many varieties.

Nice shot Steeve. Back about 4 -5 years ago one of our cats decided a toad would make a nice play thing and picked it up in her mouth. The toad secreted a fluid apparently out of it's skin and the cat immediately dropped it and ran for her water bowl. The toad, which was unharmed, made three (3) long jumps into the woods and disappeared.
