No Pat, there are no cures available in that building, just curiosities.Hi Max, did you “take the cure”?
:-D
Yes, it’s been a museum for 46 years now Pat. The Blue Baths bath house where you might go for a cure is a separate building nearby. http://www.bluebaths.co.nz/bluebaths.phpHi Max, your first pic is of the Entrance hall, Rotorua Museum (formerly The Bath House), Oruawhata Drive, Government Gardens, Rotorua. Your second is of the Rotorua First World War memorial, on-site. Your other pics are on-site architectural decorations.
My reference to ‘taking the cure’ refers to its' original use: http://www.rotoruamuseum.co.nz/exhibitions/details/taking-the-cure/

Probably Jefferson (1784–89 in France), but he travelled a lot (about 40 towns).Hi Albert,
Good guess, but not correct. Ben Franklin was sent to France as Minister/Ambassador of the USA and he arrived at the port of Saint-Goustan, Auray in 1776. In 1785 he was elected President of Pennsylvania (roughly equivalent to Governor nowadays) but he was never President of the USA.
Regards, Pat.
James Monroe ticks both boxes as well.Hi Hans,
Another good guess! Jefferson ‘ticks’ both boxes -Minister/Ambassador and President- but still not correct. I’ll post more clues in a while...
Regards, Pat.
Sorry, Hans, it is not James Monroe. I'm about to update my clues....James Monroe ticks both boxes as well.Hi Hans,
