So overall I must say that this is optically one of the best lenses I've ever used. The RAW images look amazing straight out of the camera and need very minimal PP. LR does a good job of correcting lens distortion, which is also very minimal due to the reduced FOV on APS-C.

Focusing is generally quick but struggled a bit in low-light, which is evident in the first shot. I shot these all in AF-S with face detect on and the camera struggled to find focus for at least half the shots. Next time I'll turn face detect off and focus directly on the eyes.

Before this, I had an NX1 w/ the Samsung 30mm f/2, which is considered a very good lens. Well the Sony completely trumps it IMO.

For anyone considering the 40-45mm FOV, this lens is definitely worth checking out for APS-C users.

Thanks for the shots Noah. Looks sharp at f2.

Nice pics. Looks sharp indeed.

Now I am waiting for a certain brick wall shot from some one to prove how horrible this lens is :).

I bought the A6000 last week and the FE 28mm F2 2 days ago, I love this lens on the A6000, it will hunt for focus in dim light, but overall I like this lens.
