I took exactly the same shot with the same lens, and the 12mm are needed to capture the whole horseshoe bend, but your picture rocks with the sun and great colors!

Great photo, and this lens combo is supposed to be excellent. Same with the fisheye adapter, which is of course even wider.
I like mine a lot. They work great on my 30 3.5 macro, too.

Nice shots, I can never get use to the color you chose, really horses for courses, some viewers may like them for their artistic contents.
