About 5 or 6 years ago, the Wood Stork was on the endangered species list. Since then, things have changed. Here in south Florida, at Wakodahatchee Wetlands, there are between 15-20 nesting Wood Storks, more than we've ever seen here. They seem to be thriving. Great news.
