Hi folks,

If anyone is interested, I see that IdahoCamera.com (out of Boise, Idaho) has a Pentax K-3 II in stock. I see that they also have a K-3 II listed via Amazon.com for US $1096.

Cheers.

Ron

You get a good price on the K3 II, Ron. Down here we're paying what we did for the K3 on release. More like $1300.

That's expensive :p

This (almost over) week I could buy a K-3II locally, for a mere $890. Too bad I'm waiting for the FF.

Yeah, excluding VAT.
Nope, VAT included. Our Pentax dealer - Focus94 - has an anniversary discount of 21% (only this week).

I figure on upgrading from my K-5II/IIs when the FF is close to coming out. Should be able to get some good deals on the K3II by then and then I will look at how the FF is received. Either way I will definitely still have an APS-C body for the extended range. Right now my 150-450 is working well with the K-5IIs.

I am very happy with my K-3 so wouldn't bother with the K-3II .

I may well get the FF once it comes out .
