Le Langhe are a series of low hills in the North west of Italy,

they have recently become a Unesco's world Heritage site,

it is a world apart made of little villages, grape vines, ancient castles, and underground.. White truffles.

Here, in autumn, is the land of wine, Barolo, Barbaresco and others amongst the best italian "juices" come from these Hills.

Here, in winter, lies an almost naif landscape, that I tried to catch while still sleeping or jut woke up... so the "dreaming Hills"

ps. other photos and fullsize options on the website, thanks for looking, here's the link:

Nicely done Marco; I really like numbers 3. 4, and 6. Thanks for sharing with us.

they sure are dreamy and different, good job ;-) i like the color and compositions.

cheers.

These are dreamland images. Thank you for sharing. Enjoyed viewing all of these. Liked #4 in particular because of the perspective, lines and light rays.

All very nice Marco...I link the vineyard with the house on the best although they all are very good. I might offset the house from the center and call the Italian airforce and ask them to cease operations the day of your shoot!

Did you view them through a microscope? I don't see any aircraft.

I spent a summer holiday there. It's really plenty of photographic subjects, but typical bright light shots are really miles behind what you presented here. Even if one or two images looks a bit overcooked to my taste, the way you shoot in foggy weather is, as usual, great.

I really, really need a trip to Italy. Molto bello!

You're right: in a 3 months trip, you should be able to see a little more than half of what's worthy to see... :-)
