recovering after emergencie operation

Sunday eve i had a cardiac arrest and i was rushed to hospital.

i just got of IC and thought i would let know, i wont be much around,

so behave and contatc an admin if needed.

I hope to see your participation when you'll find time. Spending hours in front of computer is bad, but 20 min a day will not hurt too much.

You could be goner already, but it wasn't your time; take it as a warning with a potential of very good outcome.

I too got health issues during past year. Changed my life style, started doing lot of exercises and eating healthy, well balanced food at 1/3 calorie amount compare to what I consumed before.

Sorry to hear of the health scare - and glad to know you made it through again...do relax and take care, and come back when you're good and ready. We'll do our best to hold down the riff-raff on the boards!
