Beauty of the YCNH Bob. That 300mm f2.8 works great. Also really like your RSH series. You are the master of getting close. Real nice exposure on the Grackle - difficult with the white background.
Great example of camouflage on that one - without knowing what a brown creeper is, I had to look at the full original to even determine what it was - he's that well hidden. Then I remembered you posted one before - or someone did - but without the tricky camo!
