A cutie using my D750 and the Sigma 50mm 1.4

I hate to be the one asking, but since this is not your child, do you have her parent's approval to post on public forums? I know it is not for personal gain but I also know I would not take it too kindly if somebody posted public pictures of my daughter without asking.
That's a good question and yes she is aware of it and has no problem with it. We are close friends.

Thanks, Craig, but look at your *DPR gallery* where these pictures are also posted, that's where it states Nikkor 50 1.4G. If that's a mistake, maybe correct it?

Andrea

Nice to read.

Hi Andrea,

I just saw that. I have no idea how it assumes the 50mm is a Nikkor. I don't know how to change it either.

Hi Craig,

Thanks for letting us know. Maybe contact DPR and ask them, if you like ...

Andrea

What is your technique for holding focus on the eye? Thanks, nice work.

I see, o well. I guess you may have to upload again if you wanted to correct it. What about the ones of her in your gallery where it says Nikkor 85 1.4G, and which look very similar to the Nikkor-Sigma 50s?

Again, these are all very nice shots, and I'm glad to hear that you have her parents' permission to post them (good that someone asked).

Fantastic shots. You're very accomplished. Looking forward to my D750 getting here next week and a long learning process. Congrats.

Beautiful pics, I can see why you like her as a subject!

And the old (EX) Sigma is a wonderful portrait lens as these shots attest.

My wife watches her once a week so since she is such a cutie I like practicing on her.

I don't get what you mean, "My wife watches her?".

What kind of question does that have to do with posting a picture? what the H@ll is wrong with you people?
It's just a question, you wrote it, calm down.
