Updated Messier 51 with double exposure time!

Good Evening!

I took my chance again last night, although still having dew/high fog and therefore not the best conditions but as they don't seem to change this winter, I collected another 3.5hrs of the Whirlpool Galaxy for a total now of 7.5hrs in 37subs.

I processed all the data new, worked the whole afternoon on it and here we go...

For the very first time I did use "Deconvolution" for sharpening - a horror in PI - so much to do, so much to try, guess...overwhelming.

Yes, overwhelming but also very effective. You have surely shown the value of gathering lots of light. Your images keep getting better and better. Along with the two prominent galaxies, I also enjoy the three faint ones above. They are 15th magnitude and fainter.

We all need clear skies and other circumstances to get out collecting many photons. My 8-inch Newton and PixInsight are goals for this Spring.
