Here are a couple of pictures taken from the top of Mam Tor in the Snow, Mam Tor is a Hill in Castleton, Derbyshire, UK

This first one was 2 shots taken in RAW and stitched together using Microsoft ICE then post processed in Lightroom and DxO

The second one was a 4K video panning from left to right with the 50-500 lens and the pano was obtained by using Microsoft ICE then post processed in Lightroom and DxO.

Very, very pretty! Those rolling hills paint quite a contrast to the pointy mountains in my part of the world.

Have you used your NX1 with any NX primes yet? The 16 mm and 20 mm would be the usual choices for a landscape, but you could use the 30 mm and either of the 45 mm lenses if you wanted a little boost in the IQ.

Two words: Truly Amazing.

I counted over 20 climbers in the clip-to-pano.

Great composition. Great camera & lens.

Great photographic skills.

Thanks for the visit to the top of Man Tor Derbyshire, UK.

Please identify the 50-500 you used.

Sorry it was a typo it should be 50-200

I do have a sigma 50-500 (Nikon) which I use with an adapter but not on this occasion.

That is what I was hoping to hear.

Your Clip-to-Pano shows how useful the 50-200 is.

Very nice, I may go up there this weekend. Here is a shot from the opposite direction

Very nice, was that from Lose Hill or rushup edge? and was it this weekend?

I was up there Saturday and the sky wasn't anywhere near as clear as that but Sunday was a nice day but I went to the coast instead.

I have the 30mm which I really like but I am finding that the 16-50 pz lens is so sharp and great for video that I very rarely take it off the camera as it has more range and is fast enough for landscape shooting.

Great shots, I have MSoft ICE but not used it yet; we are still waiting for snow this year in London -well we had some for a couple of hours -getting jealous of all these beautiful snow photos I am seeing!
