Hi Larry. The cheapest I've found so far is B&H Photo:

$179.95+reasonable shipping for USA version which right now has a
$15 rebate. Found it at 17th St. Photo for $171.95, but they charge
$23 for shipping, and don't specify if it's the USA version (as
opposed to "grey market, no rebate).

--B&H is one of the best and if you don't mind buying imports they
have one for $159. I have bought the import and it works very well.
If I remember right they have a one year warranty. Imports,
camera's no flash yes. my .02
