and, if i remember well, koo22 is also in chrome or in paint on her pics from antic car show in atlantic city.

aircrafts and planes are great objects of photography. but lately here, in the usa, with this "terror fobia" is better to stay away from them with camera to do not be convicted for terrorism. don't you think so?

2 days ago i was watching landing planes at jfk airport in ny. i saw concorde (yes!) landing. this is most beautiful landing aircraft, i have ever seen. obviously i had my 7i with me. and i did nothing do photograph it. i was simply scared. we already had some incidents with our pretty members involved (see melanie's jail bird thread). so, at least so far, is better to stay away from photographing such atractive objects.

it remains me my trip to russia (read soviet union) many years ago when i got almost arested for spying trying to make a picture of nice area from the bridge. not a bridge itself. they had armored security people on every bridge at these times. it looked like paranoja but it wasn't. it was taken very seriously by those people.

but, so far, we don't have any restriction for photographing fireworks yet, so let's go there.

i guess i just thought that was a spot of the infamous oil leak that H-D's are known for....... guess i'll have to look closer next time lol, really, i am sorry Jack.

damn. i thought that i'm so pretty in hd's chrome...... and he'd compare me to patch of oil.......my god. i thing i have to verify my opinion about beauty of mine.....am i really so ugly? (lol)

we need joking from time to time (at least i need to be serious from time to time).

Hehe, you seem to feel like my brother who rides a Kawasaki Ninja ZX-12R and doesn't like HD either.

I'm not a biker myself but I remember the saying: "A Harley is a poor man's Indian". ;-)

Just my two cents. Have lots of fun on your bikes ...

sorry Jack & Feri, but i am an "anti Harley" guy, i guess i go
against the "fad's" & "fashion statements" and prefer something
different, like Indians or my Kawasaki ZX-11 Ninja. I just have a
problem with the mentality of some (most?) of those guys, shoot,
half of them are laywers with a leather fetish....... no thanks, i
do NOT want to be mistaken for a laywer (lol)........ its the
"RUBbies" that seem to have the most attitude..... the real bikers
that stood tall and stayed Harley when AMF had control of the
company (back in the bad ole days of "shovel heads") don't seem to
have a big problem with Asian bikes, alot of joking going on but
they say, hey, "you're on two wheels"
many of the Harley riders i have run into have such an attitude of
"Harley's the greatest"...... at what? my bike handles, stops and
accelerates better than 99% of the Harleys out there....... and it
does so at half the cost!
sorry guys, i'm just going on a little rant here, no offense
meant...... here is a pic i just snapped of the back of my truck
(poor quality, no lights just flash and it is dark outside) .......
you may have to look a little harder at this to make it out



i get many "thumbs up" from my "pacific rim brothers" lol.......
again, no offense meant to you guys, just my feelings towards an
American Ego, err, icon.
