I would have to choose a 28mm or thereabouts. F2 would suffice.

Very best

There are so many that are not listed.

I really don't think you can go wrong with a good 35mm f1.4.

APO 50

I picked the thirty five f2 because that what I have and I have had it over twenty years and I have no plans to replace it any time soon.

My most recent lens purchase is a Summilux 35mm f/1.4 v2. A delightful lens with most beautiful and unusual rendering qualities.

If I could have no other lens, this would suffice.

Easy pick given the list. The 24, without a doubt. I think it might just be the best lens they've ever made. It's definitely one of the most interesting.

It can be a hard focal length to get comfortable with, but once you do get the hang of it it's hard to force yourself to use anything else.

There is no 28 f/1.4 at this time. Perhaps you meant to list the 28 Cron?

Hey, 4 people still voted for it. Must be something we don't know. LOL

If I could have only one lens, I would be certainly considering the new Zeiss 35/1.4.

I'm with you Godfrey. I have a 35 Summilux sitting on the shelf with nothing to plug it in to. Waiting to see what comes after the M240. Hopefully another CRC sensor as per M9.

Happy to be "stuck" with an X Vario until then
