I'm currently working my way through some Brighton shots too. These are good comps but they seem very noisy on my monitor.
The under exposure probably did them in the most. Still the relationships between the tones make them most attractive, to say nothing of the documentary aspect about what is certainly the most pro-active Hanuka I ever seen or heard of.Yes - esp the top one. Not helped by post processing as it was under-exposed. It's also quite a crop because I was a fair distance away. Both also suffer from being shot as JPEGs - I'm clear after last weekend that the D Lux/LX100 really needs to be used raw-only.....
