OT- rebate receipt question

I bought a Sharp minDV camcorder from Amazon, and it comes with a $100 rebate offer. The rebate form requests a copy of the receipt. My question (for those who have sent in Lexar or similar rebates from Amazon purchases) is what to use as the receipt. The packing slip, the email confirming the purchase, the one confirming shipment, all three, or what?

It's a big rebate and I don't want to provide any grounds for rejection. Thanks.

Joe

I have always just printed out a copy of the invoice or order -- go to "Your Account" on Amazon.com and you can pull it up. I usually print out the order right when I place it, along with the rebate form, but you can access it later from your account.

I never use the "packing list" paperwork unless the rebate form specifically requests it. Packing list often doesn't include details of the order (like cost, billing etc.)

Hope this helps
