Very nice.

MATE is on of the traditional drinks also in lebanon, we use the same straw but the cup is mainly made from wood or from a small pumpkin crest.

Any clue on how Mate got there? I thought the tradition was born in Uruguay, and spreaded to many other countries in south america, but I've never heard of it going overseas! ha! Awesome!

We also use the wooden or pumpkin based cups :)

We also use the wooden or pumpkin based cups :)
It's origin is south america, it came here in early 20th century By the lebanese and syrian expats Who travelled To south america.
