Truth to told I love Canon's one hand ergonomics. Like Kelby says, theyre the Apple of the Camera world. Clean smooth designs too. And I would put fatter lenses into that more astetically pleasing camp
 
No one invited you.

Man, you can't have much to do, if this is the best you can do for picking one manufacture over an other. There are many things I like about Canon cameras but this would never enter into my buying decision.
 
To non-Canikon users, there's barely a spit of difference between the two.

I think Canon has more white lenses. This makes it easier for football players to aim for them.
 
I have some Nikon cameras and some Canon cameras; none of them were chose for their absolute size or weight, they were chosen for their ability to produce images for certain conditions.

I wonder how long it took you to find a reason not to switch. You must of been getting pretty desperate if this was the best you could come up with.

the only reason that keeps people with one or the other brand, is the investment in lenses, not short or long, fat or thin :-D i have no desire to jump ship and go to another camp because the IQ difference is so negligible that it doesn't even cross my mind. however, the canon lens offering is way above the rest for very reasonable $$, and that is the key ;-)
