Problem with rear OK button on Stylus XZ-10

Hi All,

The OK button in the middle of the rear dial does not operate on my recently purchased Stylus XZ-10 - had no problems at the beginnings, and I changed something maybe, and now I have no idea...

Of course, I have tried to set on/off the rear dial - did not help. Run throughout the entire menu system - the same problem.

I would apreciate any idea...

I guess it's not possible to reset the xz-10 when the OK button isn't working? Maybe you should contact Olympus to find out if there is soms wat to do a hard reset.

Thanks - I will contact the local Olympus service center...

What is interesting: in the 'C' mode the OK button works...

I do not understand it...

Then it should possible to reset the camera to the factory settings in c-mode. Have you tried that already?
