I like the model expression, and the retouching you probably did. Her eyes are nice, and she doesn't look alien... I'm not comfortable with the composition however. It seems to attract my eye too much. Maybe in a square format, you could remove some of the brick and a lot of foliage?

Like the model and look, but would you try something and see if you can put her into portrait orientation cropping out the green on the right side and some/all of the brick on the left, if you left a hint of it probably not bad. My view is that the green on the right adds little and the brick may be okay as a framing element but draws a bit too much attention. My vision went to her eyes, then to the brick, not sure if that is what you want.
ackward composition. This makes an excellent square crop from the right though. Do that and darken brick 1/2 stop.

I do not like the brick wall in front of her bec it is out of focus. It's really distracting in this case, and I'd like to see it either in focus or cropped out.

Quite good. Good for her for that month.
But a little can be improved:
* Perhaps crop away part of the wall because it is to intensive, perhaps it then becomes square as some other poster wrote.
* Perhaps you have more relaxed facial expressions.

Cool shot, light and DOF are beautiful, like the girl. Composition whise could be better, I find that the leaves in front of her are a little distracting. Maybe putting her more to the left would make it better.
