Shot on the Rue de Rivoli, Jardin des Tuilleries around the Regina Hotel Paris and in the pouring rain, Anna Martynova is strutting her stuff wearing a more casual couture this season by the likes of Valentino Haute Couture, Atelier Versace, Elie Saab Haute Couture, Jean Paul Gaultier Couture, Viktor and Rolf Haute Couture, Chanel Haute Couture, Giambatista Valli Haute Couture, Schiaparelli Haute Couture, Alexandre Vauthier Haute Couture, Maison Martin Margiela Haute Couture and Ulyana Sergeenko. A light at the end of the tunnel, "Let There be Luxe" shines through with some of the most creative and wearable pieces from the Fall-Winter 2014-2015 season for S/Style & Fashion Magazine.

Benjamin, beautiful photography and beautiful production.

Richard

Excellent photography and lighting - but only in the last photo does the model seem to be live :-).

Nice set.

Excellent photos, Benjamin. May I ask what software you're using for RAW conversion?

Hi Benjamin!

True beauty!

Among all these threads about D750 missing AF-ON button :(

How refreshing!

Thanks for sharing.

Strong and decisive images... stunning!

May I ask what lenses were used for this series?

Ben,

Wonderful work. I imagine you are familiar with the work of Penn? I am usually not impressed by fashion shoots. Really like your work. Keep it up.

How do you like the D810?
It was the D800 :)

Oh, so beautiful, the model and the work.

Thanks for sharing.

Question:

- the red clothing, something about that shot, she looks almost magical there, as also in the black coat by the lamp, especially around her face.

Mind telling which lens, any post process blurring?

All are lovely, but those two have 'extra magic' there.

Thanks again.

I used two lenses. As it was raining all day, I shot with both the Nikkor AF 180mm f/2.8 lens and the Nikkor 85mm f/1.8 G lens both always wide open at maximum aperture. The above image was shot with the 180mm lens at f/2.8 and 400 ISO.

Wishing You Good Light.
No blurring what so ever. Shot with both the Nikkor AF 180mm f/2.8 and the Nikkor 85mm f/1.8 G lens both always shot wide open at f/2.8 and f/1.8. that is all and a white reflector held by my assistants.
