Thank you-- very cool they are showing it with a prime and not the ubiquitous kit zoom. Silver lenses very pretty on the white camera.

Well, the last part of your post will be hard to understand for forum users not following those other discussions. I think I usually can see why someone was called a troll. But here? I am little shocked about some forum members behaving like a thought police here. And why the hack are they doing it? Because some speculations about camera concepts they do not believe in? What are they expectig to happen in a forum like this? Really! (And one of them just started a new thread with exactly the same insult all this is about while claiming he would leave all this behind. Something is completely out of proportion here...

Note to Ricoh marketing: notice how the camera looks so much nicer with a prime mounted than the pedestrian kit lens?

I got sound on the one Leandros S posted. That is certainly a small form factor camera! and I saw TaV mode on the dial on the back when he turned it. 100% VF not bad.

It's not for everyone, but it's my first pre-order ever (my wife thinks it's cool though :-D which certainly helps). The most useful K-3 features for me, in a smaller and lighter body that's a good fit for the Li109 battery size. I do hope the shutter isn't too loud, but my K-5 classic can go out in the rain and visit quiet places.
