This week I was commuting by train early in the morning (between Alkmaar and Rotterdam in the Netherlands). A good time to take some photos from the view to the east :-)

I wanna stop this thread;

So I hope there is someone out there who has interest to continue this lovely thread.

I think the number of membership fees low. The number has dropped from an average of 50 till 65 contributions to what we have now for some time.

Very sorry for those who here lately came very loyal, for them I regret this very.

Personally, I feel that this forum is running on his weekly photo discussions, which is finew with me of course as I like that a lot, but this thread is lagging behind.

Some will say it's the time of year, but I see other threads run well.

So perhaps a fresh wind creates more interest.

That means if you are interested to continue this "Lovely Thread" let me know. After this weekend I will stop so you can next weekend be the new operator.

It has been a pleasure coming in on a weekend and seeing the postings from various people - I am really thankful that you have take it on this long. I have run some of these pict threads in the past and find them a bit draining.

I personally do not see anything wrong with anybody that has something to post just starting it up if they wish.

A close friend's daughter was getting married and moving to Europe. I gave her these framed photos of her family's Pennsylvania lake cabin with a note saying no matter where she goes, a place (and people) will always be here waiting for her.

First is a real treat, I have almost exactly the same picture on my wall of each of my two daughters in a similar pose. Uncanny.
