Great CIF's Ron, do all other brands have CIF capability?

Fantastic! Always great to see the new Hummer shots Ron.

Only ever seen Hummers a couple of times when I've been on trips to the US and never had a long enough lens to photograph them. Oh well, next trip I'll be more prepared.

Ian.

For what it's worth: I have done CIF of the hummers with 16mm fisheye lenses all the say up to 600mm f5.6 lens.

BTW Ian, I posted a couple of Rufous Hummers at http://www.dpreview.com/forums/post/54010564

Yup, Top marks, beautiful series of an equally stunning subject.

Nicely done Ron.

Here the Black-chinned compete with the Rufous for supremacy. The Rufous usually win.

Hi Dean,

Nikon also has CIF capability, though the way you set up the camera is different.

It's a bit clunky compared to the way Pentax does it, but it works.

Very nice.

Sounds like a familiar pattern. The black-chinned will harass the Annas a bit, though not too much. That all stops once the Rufous come around. The main thing the Annas have going for them is numbers.

Nicely done Ron.
Thank you Pete.

The Rufous just started coming around about a week ago. The couple of males have already dominated the feeders. The Black-chins have to be really sneaky now to get any juice.
