So far love the camera but I'm getting a lot of this purple noise in the shadows of my photos was wondering and hoping this is a cheap lens issue, here are two of the same raw files converted to jpeg one cropped to show the purple noise. If any buddy can provide me with a explanation that would be awesome!

There is quite a bit you can do with these photos, but they are underexposed. I would worry about correcting them first and then worry about noise. Overall the A6000 does not display an abundance of noise nor do I see a huge amount in these images.

I spent a couple minutes on this, so more time is needed as your ideas would need to be presented. A 'do over' may be necessary to get more out of these images as underexposing makes things more difficult. But there is much that can be done to improve on these.

The alternating green and magenta in the dark to light transitions is posterization. It's is likely not there when you view the RAW file at full size. Can you upload the RAW file? It would be interesting to compare them.
