Yes, it should come with a front lens cap (not a rear cap).

I just replied to the seller asking this same question, its weird because the camera appears to be brand new will all the sony stickers and plastic covers, Thks for the reply confirming what I suspected : )

Maybe check the shutter count, it would be really easy to lose the lens cap (it is fairly small). If the box has been opened or if demo model I could see cap getting lost.

I will say that my new NEX 3N came with a lens cap, but it is possible that they don't any more or something.
