I have a Nex-6 and an SEL50F18, with which sometimes I use the smart/clear zoom. As far as I know, the only way to use the zoom, is to first hit a custom key to bring up the zoom function, and then click or rotate one of the control wheels to zoom.
I currently use this lens for sports, so I mostly use autofocus. Well...I thought, how nice would it be, when using autofocus (and therefore the focus ring is essentially moot), to be able to use the focus ring to zoom? Seems very intuitive, and saves all that button pressing and control ring twisting.
Any way to do this?
Anyone know if the A6000 can do this?
