Hello everyone. I purchased a Nex-3N based on recommendations and I have to say that so far I am disappointed.
The camera takes pleasing photos and I have no real complaints when it comes to that, but the videos leave a lot to be desired. Manual exposure mode seems to force the camera into recording very choppy videos. I have no idea why, but this seems to be corrected once you use one of the auto modes. The auto mode will not go over 3200 ISO for video recording. I've tried some other modes but ultimately ISO is stuck at 3200.. the best I could do was increase exposure but the video quality was extremely poor.
I have a Nokia Lumia 1020 that I've been using and absolutely adore. I purchased the Nex-3N as an upgrade to that device, but so far it has fallen below expectation. I am ignorant with this camera and I'm seeking some help. Maybe I'm doing something wrong.
