Licensing image for smartphone wallpaper - how much?

Hi!

I've been contacted by a chinese smartphone maker (big one, with apparently good sales), asking how much I would charge for a two year licensing deal for one of my images.

I have no idea how much to charge for this. Could you please give me some estimates?

I'd start at $3,000.00 for 2 years.
