Thanks, I'm considering the RX 100 ii for video.

What size memory card are you using?

Do you need spare batteries? How is battery life?

Are you using or will you use an external microphone?

I turned off the sound on purpose to concentrate on the video side of things. So far it looks good.

I have the Canon X 20 video camera, but would like a compact video option in some form.

Thanks

Very well done Dan! It is hard to believe that it was all shot handheld.

What did you edit it with?

Thanks for watching Ryan.

Currently using a 32GB 300x Transcend card, but have used 16GB Class 10 for 3 days shooting.

You will need 2 or 3 batteries. Half to full day shoot can use 1.5 to 3 batteries.

No external microphone. Have used internal on calm day with surprising success.

You may be very impressed with the low-light abilities of this camera.

Thanks for the P&C Pistol Grip tip. I just ordered on on ebay!
