Good dumb phone

I am looking for the best CAMERA phone that is NOT a smart phone. The quality of the pictures is more important than the phone. Thanks

Jimbo, it might be useful to know what country you are in. Here in the US I think you are out of luck. I am one of those fire hard dumb phone users, I save my data access for tablets, and it seems to me that the cameras have gotten worse on low end phones over the past three years. When I was looking last year I was hard pressed to find even a 2MP camera.

The Nokia 808, while being a smartphone, gets progressively dumber as Nokia is intent to alienate its former Symbian customers. I have a Lumia and dislike it.

Not sure you'll find much. Phone makers are not spending any effort to improve cameras on non-smart phones. I would guess that's because most buyers of such phones are primarily interested in the phone quality, and not at all interested in anything else that would potentially increase the monthly cost - such as a the cost of sending an image from the phone.
