Turn off GM1 wifi?

Solution
Its always off unless you use it. i use it all the time which is why I need about 3 more batteries PANASONIC if you're listening to anyone? Also add auto ISO in manual while you're at it.

Is there a way to turn off the wifi on the GM1? I assume it would reduce battery drain if you could.
Dunno about the GM1, but on the G6 wifi is only on when actually connected and being used; otherwise it is generally off.

Thanks for the confirmation that it's off when not in use. I have a Sony that has an Airplane mode in its menu.

It looks like batteries may be available starting the 3rd week in December. Hoping that's the case.
