Please let us know what you are using to shoot video and how is working out for you.
Thanks

I mainly use my 70D and 18-135mm STM lens and I couldn't be more pleased. The focus is always perfect when shooting videos. Best DSLR I've ever had for video.

Do you find that with 70D focusing you have no need to add a magnifying viewfinder?

I think my SD card shows around 800 pictures taken so far and I can only remember a couple where the focus wasn't spot on. I normally use center dot for focus.

Using the LCD outside in bright sun poses challenges like every other camera does although I seem to get the job done without problems. The articulating screen is a godsend when using live view in the sun. If you were to put a Clear Viewer on the camera naturally it would be much better in the sun but IMHO its not necessary most of the time and it would eliminate using the articulating feature of the LCD screen. The brightness of the LCD screen is adjustable if needed in the sun.
