MagicChef Mansion... HELP!

To be honest, they do need help. Whith the sky being so white or blown out, you pretty much need to replace it if you can. You need some photo editing software, like Photoshop.

You could try and add some blue into the sky, but you wouldn't get much details it looks like. The middle pic looks to be too dark, like it was underexposed.

if you can, you can replace the sky you have with a nice puffy cloud blue sky in a minute or two. The rest of it is even easier.

I was bored, so i decided to make a quick try. I said quick...

I took your middle pic (023). I replaced the sky with a different one. I repositioned (transformed, distort) the building, so it wasn't leaning over. I cloned out the little silver prob with the red tip in the ver middle at the bottom. I adjusted the colors a tad. If you want to see it, I put it here, but this is the Medium size, so if you want to see it bigger, click on the deals below the pic....

Hope this helps you. Need anything else, let me know...

Come on now, no shadows and a sky like that...

Just looking at the ground under the trees and I can see that it was a cloudy day. The gray sky will be brighter than a subject like the one you are shooting and will appear white. Best thing to do is come a different day.

I attended a Birthday Party at the Magic Chef Mansion in St. Louis
this weekend and took quite a few shots. Problem is the sky is
white. I could really use some advice on how to approach fixing
these.

It's pretty obvious that these were take in the evening, so replace the skies with ones taken in the evening with the sun in the same relative position (which looks to me to be from the left in the first shot).

BTW, whoever mows the lawn has no idea how to mow a lawn properly---it looks terrible despite it's healthy state!

Hey you all. I was just giving ideas to him on what should or could be done to the image. I know the sky is not appropriate, but I replaced his sky with one I had, and that is what he could do. I do not (like everyone else?) have a "library" of skies.

So yeah, I know it doesn't look right, but it looks better in an overall sense. And I had nothing to do with mowing the grass, I just cloned out that red knob thing.

Sorry to bother you all...

I welcomed your post as the correct action to take and merely sought to perhaps refine it a bit.

I commented on the lawn only because its a beautiful place, but it's degraded by the lawn's appearance. The ruts and cast taken by the grass indicates that it's mowed 'homeowner style', which means it's always mowed the same way. The 'professional way' is to always mow a lawn in a different way than the last time. That prevents the grass growing in a certain 'set' and eliminates ruts. Changing to the professional way usually 'straightens out' a lawn after several mowings. The professional way doesn't take any longer to do once you get used to the technique and analyze what order the parts of the lawn should be done with each time you mow.
