I have been happy with each of the printed books I've received.
One thing to consider is that you can make the book for free, then buy one copy to see how you like it, so the investment is minimal. I'd suggest you give it a try and if it doesn't meet your expectations then you've not lost much.

P.S. Someone else commented about how your work needs to be seen in a group in order to be understood. I think this is a valid point. Years ago I took a class with Todd Walker. One day he brought a few prints to class to show us the nudes he'd been working on. They were very bizarre and I didn't get them at all. Later I went to a gallery showing of his work where there were many, many prints and all of a sudden I "got it," and from that point on I understood his vision.
I think that is why I'm suggesting you put your work into a book. It needs the context of more of your work to be easily grasped, if that makes sense. (And, the selfish part is... I want to BUY one for myself!)
