Welcome all to the Sunday cat thread. Brought to you every week since Anton AK first started the thread. Then turned over to John King who performed an incredible job. John turned the thread over to Warriormouse who kept the ship afloat till turning the thread over to me due to his study needs. We wish you well Warren.

Thanks to all the people that make this thread work so well. Remember all makes of cameras are welcome. So show off your cat pictures anytime.

In the spotlight from last week!

I must say that I have had similar looks before.

As said by Warriormouse, “Photos can be more than just art, they can be memories, so come share your picture and stories of your feline companions with us Come one, come all; all cats and cameras welcome. Add your favourite cat shot to the collection. No time limits, taken any time, any place, any camera.”

I will be posting the thread on Saturday at 7PM Central / Time (US & Canada.)

This must be one of the best Pandy shot, good job.

Chyna and Dave react differently when I play tree branch with them.

Chyna don't like it much and yelling "no"

Dave totally focused and ready to strike.

I haven't managed to grab any good shots of my bundle of birmans. Not only are they getting bigger, but I think they are starting to think this photography caper is as tedious as my departed Spook. Spook just would not look at the camera or would get up and walk away when it came out. Anyways, this is the best of what I could do.

JiminDenver invited me over from the Panny forum to post in his Macro thread, and I found this wonderful Cat thread! If I may join in, here is a shot of our lazy Exotic Short Hair doing what he does best.

Her name was Alice. I made this shot with a mobile phone, and I guess, that's a last image of this cat. She lived in the next entry of our condominium and was fed by concierges, but had good relations with everybody - Alice was really a good, gentle, kind, friendly, communicative and polite cat. She even had good relations with house dogs, that live in our cone. In some sense, this was one of reasons of her death - she was not afraid of dogs, and was killed by a pack of stray dogs. My wife and one guy, a student from the entry where she lived, took her to a veterinary - but all in vain, she was injured too seriously, and the only way to stop her suffering was euthanasia. I wish her a good afterlife ibehind the rainbow, in the land of upper cats. All cat lovers of our house will miss Alice.
