Thanks for the nice comment. I always have a good time at the Met and seem to find interesting things to photograph as well. One of the advantages of living in NY is having musuems like the Met.Awesome picture Stan. The bright green foliage coupled with the
glass frames is very pleasing to the eyes. Definitely a winner.
Thanks for the comment and recomendation. I will try cropping a bit off of the end to see how it looks.Great shot Stan!
(and in one of my favorite places, too...)
I love the composition. If I had to nitpick, I think I'd like it
just a little more if you cropped out a little bit of the bottom
and right sides (but as I said, it's nitpicking- I think it's a
great shot.)
Thanks for the comment. I have taken a number of shots at this location but none with this interesting light.i like the reflection
Thanks for the comment. I've taken shots here before but the lighting was very good the day of this shot.Hi Stan,
Very dreamy seen.
Thanks for the honest reply. It would be interesting if you could figure out what about this image bothers you.Honestly, Stan, this pic does not work for me as your other pix do.
I can not really pin-point why.
Thanks for the comment and suggestion. I will try to crop a bit of the image and see how it looks.Very impressive photo stan with the vivid greens and the windows,
but I would have left out a bit of space at the right hand side, so
the bamboo touches the border of the shot.
I took another look at it and I think that my eyes keep jumping back and forth between walking figures and the bush. This and bright yellow in sun-lit areas of greenery outside don't let me relax and enjoy the picture. I speculate that if you took it on an overcast day and blurred passer-by's figures more by using longer shutter time it'd work better for me. But it's only a speculation. Thanks for the honest reply. Thanks for the comment. I love walking around in the Met Museum. There are so many photo ops and the environment is very inspirational.Colours, reflections, shapes and composition are all great here. I
like it.
The Met is one of the must-go-to places in NYC. What an inspirational area. You can't help but get caught up in the creative spirit there.Must go there! Nice impression in green!
