Often a different angle, a different point of view can change a picture of the same subject completely. Especially if one takes a walk in the evening sun ...

Example #1:

aweb-combo.jpg

Example #2:

aaweb-combo2-01.jpg

The three pictures of both series were taken within seconds. K5II and Tamron 18-250 - @77,5mm for #1, @250mm for #2. See at original size for maximum impact.

It's fascinating how much light and perspective changes everything, isn't it?

Yes man, thats what photography is ;-)

Work with your motive and draw with the light :-)

Best regards ;-)

Very nice pictures, thank you for sharing! :-)

I adore sunsets...

Good reminder from a master of composition - thanks Phil.

Very interesting images, and a good argument in favor of the old rule that the best way to improve your photographs is to move your feet.

I agree. Even if in this case it was more the knees that needed moving ... ;-)

A good idea, isn't it? ;-) One has to remind oneself of the simplest things from time to time ...

Thanks for looking!
