Personally, I'm not dropping big coin on a body and then scrimping on glass. Try searching Flickr for that body and lens combo. I'll bet there will be a couple of photos to examine.

It's definitely bigger than the Nikon 35mm f/1.8 I had when I was using DX cameras, but I'm not bothered by it. It feels wonderful in the hand when it's not on the camera. It just has a feel of quality and precision.Chuck O wrote:

My only complaint about the lens is the size. Why do we have to buy a F1.4 lens to get good corner sharpness at F 4? I would like to see a premium line of lenses with more modest maximum F. I'd pay the same price as I did for this behemoth.
