Hello everyone,

I would like to share a series of spring photos- all shot with 5DII.

I was trying to catch the feeling about the abrupt explosion of colors (we've had a severe, long winter here) more than to unveil sheer detail. I was shooting mostly with 2 dedicated macro lenses: Sigma 150 2.8 non OS and Canon 100 2.8 IS. Can't tell which one I like best - both are just fabulous.

Thank's for watching.

Very nice!

Usually I won't click on external links since everyone is able to post images on DPR with a good amount of control. However, this time I chanced it since we also have long (6 month) winters and the anticipation and joy spring brings is exhilerating.

I found your tight colorful collection of nature themed compositions very pleasing. These are definately good enough to be shown in a proper gallery.

Thanks for posting and looking forward to seeing and becoming inspired by more of your excellent photography!

Thank you very much for your nice comment and advices on the gallery. Yes, I could have posted them on a regular gallery on dPR but I thought, since they were already available on Flickr, would be ok. Next time ;)

I'm currently in Japan enjoying the nest step of "colorful explosion"...Hortensia, Lotos, Iris..all you can imagine.

with best regards,

Krzysztof
