Gorgeous. Maybe a touch more clarity at the eye.

But gorgeous! Great face, great smile. Great contrast of face, shawl and stone.

Thanks.

Greg

Very beautiful. Stunning woman, beautifully captured. A pleasure to look at.

Good focus and composition.

Beautiful lady.

Looks like you were using a reflector that was not direct towards her face properly. The top half of her face is darker than the lower half.

Beautiful!

But I struggle myself to avoid this "issue":

Lines in the background going "through" the head of the subject.

If there are numerous lines it is a non-issue, but with 1 line my opinion is to avoid it.

Unless the line it is there for some deliberate effect in the photo of course.

I personally have become aware of this and I try to avoid it in my photos.

Additionally bright areas in a photograph tend to attract attention, so I would darken the nice wall a bit compared to the model.

Alternatively I would attempt a high-key effect with very little contrast in the model and background, so she blends into the background.

I find that difficult and only succeeded once :-)

HI there,

very nice pics, both of them... only I would try and separate the stone background in the second one. Since she does not seem to have flaws on her skin, try to use some percentage of blue channel in your conversion - this should darken the carf...

have fun!
